Google Chrome Alpha is now available for Mac and Linux. It's a developer version and I read somewhere that Google states "don't download this!" - of course I had to download!

Available for Mac here and for Linux here.
Written on Google Chrome.

This is not news. :)

It's been available for a longer time.

A blog is not a news channel. This is information that may be valid to some and not interesting to others. Some may still have the news, some may not. And it is accurate. Google Chrome Alpha is available for download for Mac and Linux. And anyway - it is news to me - and this blog is from me. Have you tried it on Debian, since you know of it?

No, I have no interest in using alpha versions of web browsers.

I've heard about it on Ubuntu.org where I get most of my information.

I see. My interest is curiosity and it is fun to try out new things and help out with debugging and comments before the release is final. I also use a stable version of Safari (right now for instance).

I found the information by Google Search, when I was wondering how far along they had come with Chrome for Mac.
